Pick a card, any card...

Albert Einstein also spoke on creativity saying that, "Creativity is intelligence having fun." Creativity is one of those traits that can be applied to any area of life, whether in art, play, or business. As an Office Manager, our platform gives you the opportunity to be creative in how you display your real-time data with the use of our Analytics Dashboard. You're able to create multiple boards, with multiple data cards and you are free to design them how you please. If something doesn't work out, just scrap it and change it up with something else. So go ahead and make it your own.

What Do I Click?

Creating a new dashboard

Click the Call Center Icon → Press the blue RFanalytics button → Click Add Board → Give your board a name at the top → Press Save.

Adding a new card to the dashboard

Please note: All cards are created with three main sections: Type, Data, & Style. 

Click the blue Add Card button or the + on the Dashboard header → Click a card type and select Next at the bottom → Click Add Data and make a selection from the list → Add a filter, if desired → provide an upper limit, if needed → Select Add at the bottom → Alter the default color, if desired → add an alert for a color change if certain limits are hit (optional) → Click Next at the bottom → Alter the styles to your liking → press Done.

Please Note: Each card type can present different sets of data, however, some data points may be less useful than others depending on the card type you've chosen. It is highly encouraged to try out different things and find what works best for your job role. The sky is the limit!
