1. Send faxes.

2. Sort and check fax statuses. 


Contacts Page

1. Add & Edit your contacts.

2. Import & Export contacts.

3. Start Chat messages with contacts.


Answering Rules Page

1. Change your phone ring time.

2. Whitelist/Blacklist numbers.

3. Add & edit Answering Rules.


Time Frames Page (Office Manager & Super User Roles only)

Phones Page

1. See which devices are provisioned on your profile.

2. Add devices to your profile (Office Manager/Super User)

3.Open RFbuilder & Edit BLF line keys and local directory.


Music on Hold Page

1. Upload Music.

1. Click-to-call from the list.

2. Add to Contacts.

3. Listen, download, and add notes to a recording.

4. Filter Call History by date, caller, dialed number, and call type.
