What Do I Click?
How to import hardware lists
Click the Inventory icon → Click the Phone Hardware tab → Click the Import button → Download the template → Enter the device information according to the template → Upload the template. Refresh by pressing the Refresh icon on the right of the gray bar if the information doesn't populate.
How to export hardware lists
Click the Inventory icon → Click the Phone Hardware tab → Click the Export button → Save the file to your computer. This defaults as a .csv formatted file.
