A quick glance...

Sometimes you need to know what is happening right now. When those moments come, you don't want to be digging through lines and lines of data just to get a sitrep on your system. Can you glance at it and get an idea of what is or isn't happening? After going through this solution article, you'll be able to glance at your home screen page and be able to do just that.

Please note that the Office Manager interface differs from the Basic User and Personal Profile Interfaces. When you see an article that says personal account, you'll know that it is referring to the simpler version specific to your extension's account.

Toggling Options

Call Graph

The Call Graph can help you evaluate the data regarding Peak Active Calls, Call Volume and Total Minutes. These can be reviewed by Day and Hour, however the Peak Active Call graph can also be reviewed by the minute. You can do this for Off-net calls or All calls. 


Click the Home page icon → Select the data that you'd like to review → Select the Day, Hour, Minute → Select which calls.


Use the slide bar under the graph to expand or contract the length and view of the information on the call graph.

Use your mouse to hover over different points of the data for specific points of information. 


You can also print the graph, by selecting the print icon in the top-right portion of the box. 


Current Active Calls Box

This box is updated in real-time as calls become active on the system. You'll be able to see origin and destination of the call as well as the number dialed and the duration length. The number of active calls should also update in the Usage and Statistics Box when a new call comes in. If it doesn't, just click the refresh button on that box. 


Users & Applications Box

This box shows you the total number of users  on the domain as well as the total number of devices, auto attendants, call queues, conference rooms and phone numbers. It will also show you how many devices are currently registered on the system. This is a beautiful way to quickly see the breadth of your system's stats.


Usage & Statistics Box

This box shows you the system statistics for the current day, current month, and previous month. This gives you the day's counts and averages as the day progresses. You can see the totals for the current month and the previous month as well.

Please note: This is not a rolling month, but instead runs from the first of the month forward to present day.
