Parenting is hard...

As a parent, there is a lot to think about and consider. In the early stages, every decision you make literally alters a child's reality. What they know of the world and life will be based on how you do or do not guide them. The result of this can be a night and day difference in who they become. As an Office Manager, it's understandable that everyone needs to carry their weight. However, keeping a watchful eye on those in your charge and guiding them in the way that they should go can have a night and day difference on your team and company's productivity. When you are observing and adjusting one of your users' Time Frames, know the impact that it may have on them and others, and adjust carefully as needed. It could change everything. 

*These time frames are to be used with Answering Rules and need to be set up prior to creating the answering rules. There are three types: Always, Days and Times, and Specific Dates.

What Do I Click?

Searching for a User time frame

    Click the Time Frames Icon → click inside the search bar on the left → Enter the user's name/extension → select the extension icon that pops up. You will be brought to that user's time frames page.

Editing the User Time Frame

    While on the user time frame page, Click the Edit Icon on a time frame → Adjust the time frame as needed → Click Save.

Please Note: Adjusting Time Frames can affect the Answering Rules a user has in place. Make sure you are informed of the implications before making a change to a Time Frame.
