This article will show you how to record your name on your extension's voicemail box.

You will be able to upload a pre-recorded sound file of your name.

Change is inevitable...

Extensions at a business get switched around from person to person for various reasons. Someone leaves the company and is replaced by a new hire. Someone got promoted and has been bumped up to the 11th floor. Congrats! Maybe your company upgraded to brand new phones. Nice!  For whatever reason it may be, you need to set your name up on the voicemail box to ensure callers that they've dialed the right person and so you don't miss any pertinent business. Whether you've already recorded your voice on a computer and want to upload it to your extension or you need to record your name directly onto it, you've come to the right place. You can easily manage your voicemail box recordings right from your phone system interface in as little as six or seven clicks.

What Do I Click?
