Home Page Overview

1. Review Call Graphs based on call volume, peak active calls, & total minutes.

2. Observe real-time active call information.

3. Review Users and Applications as well as usage statistics for the current and previous month.


Call Center Page

1. Review Call Queue activity in regards to active calls, callers waiting, & available agents.

2. Manage Agent status in queue(s).

3. Review call activity over the last 8 hours.

4. Review Call handling stats and adjust call center threshold & SLA settings.

5. Create various call-related reports

6. Create an analytic card board with (RFanalytics)


Users Page

1. Add & Edit user profiles, answering rules, voicemail, phones, and advanced settings.

2. Import user lists

3. View shared contacts.

4. Add & Edit Ring Groups

5. Add & Edit Sites


Conferences Page

1. Add & Edit Conference Bridges

2. Acquire conference participant reports


Auto Attendants Page

1. Add & Edit Auto-Attendants (AA).

2. Upload/Record AA Intro Greeting and Menu Prompt recordings.

3. Assign Dial Pad Menu options.

4. Adjust Invalid response and Timeout destination options.


Call Queues Page

1. Add & Edit Call Queues.

2. Assign ring strategies (Round-robin, Ring All, Linear Hunt, Linear Cascade, Call Park)

3. Manage Queue Hold music and greetings.


Time Frames Page

1. Add & Edit Time Frames

2. Search a User's Time Frames.


Music on Hold Page

1. Upload Music.

2. Record/Upload Introductory Greetings

3. Manage songs and greetings.

4. Toggle and Randomize MoH.


Inventory Page

1. View and edit route use for company phone/SMS numbers.

2. Add SMS Numbers for use with an extension.

3. Add/Import Phones on the system.

4. Export all phone/number lists.

5. Adjust Phone configurations and configuration templates.



Call History Page

1. Click-to-call from the list.

2. Add to Contacts.

3. Listen, download and add notes to a recording.

4. Filter Call History by date, caller, dialed number and call type.

5. Run and schedule exports of the Call History
