Yealink T53/T54 95.84.0.120 Firmware upgrade SOP 

Alpha Customers Symptom – Updating Customer BLFs on Alpha server but does not update on customers device that is currently on Firmware version 95.84.0.120 or older 


1) Locate Device in Yealink YCMS, if device mac address not coming up in Yealink Device management, please escalate ticket to engineering. 



2) If device is active in YCMS Device management, please follow firmware update as follows from device diagnostic screen:


 2A) Upgrade device firmware from 95.84.0.120 to 96.86.0.18 (Make sure device rebooted new firmware) 


 2B) Then upgrade firmware from 96.86.0.18 to 96.86.0.23 (Make sure device rebooted with new firmware)


 2C) Then upgrade firmware from 96.86.0.23 to 96.86.0.45 (Make sure device rebooted with new firmware)
