This article will show you how to toggle in/out of call queues.

You will learn how to toggle yourself for lunch, breaks, etc.

You will become familiar with your Call Center interface page. 



What Do I Click?

Toggling Online

Click the Call Center icon →Click the red Offline button to switch it to Online Mode.

Please note: This will allow you to receive calls in every call queue that you are a part of as well as calls to your personal extension. 

Toggling Offline

Click the Call Center icon →Click the green Online button to switch it to Offline Mode.


Please note: You will not receive any calls from a queue in which your extension is a part of. You will only receive calls to your personal extension either directly to you or transferred to you by another party. 


Toggling Offline for Lunch, Break, & Meetings

Click the Call Center icon →Click the green drop-down arrow to the right of the toggle button→ Make your selection between Lunch, Break, Meeting, Web, or Other. This will display as "Offline: Lunch" depending on your selection.

Please note: You will not receive any calls from a queue in which your extension is a part of during this time. You will only receive calls to your personal extension either directly to you or transferred to you by another party.
