What Do I Click?
Adding a shared contact
Click the Users Icon → Click the Shared Contacts button→Add Shared Contact → Fill in the contact information → Click Save or Save and add another.
Editing a shared contact
Click the Users Icon → Click the Shared Contacts button → Click the Edit icon from the Shared Contact List → Edit the information →Click Save.
Deleting a shared contact
Click the Users Icon → Click the Shared Contacts button → Click the Delete icon next to the particular contact on the Shared Contact List.
Importing shared contacts
Click the Users Icon → Click the Shared Contacts button → Click the Import button → Browse for the file → Click Import.
Exporting shared contacts
Click the Users Icon → Click the Shared Contacts button → Click the Export button → Select the contact group → Select the export format (Outlook CSV, Google CSV, vCard) → Click export.
