This guide will show you how to log into your Mobile App on an iPhone.




Logging in to the app

1. Open the Ringfree Mobile app from your home screen.

2. Enter your Host/ID. You may need to retrieve this from your System Admin or Ringfree CSM.

3. Enter your Username. This will be your work email address or the email address designated by your organization.

4. Enter your Password.

5. Tap Log in.


Forgot your Username?

1. Click the Forgot Login Name link.

2. Enter the Host/ID.

3. Enter your email address (required).

4. Enter your Extension (optional). 

5. Press Send.

6. You will receive an email with your login name and a button/link to return to the login page.


Forgot your Password?

1. Click the Forgot Password link.

2. Enter in your Login name.

3. Press Send. You will receive an email with a password reset button/link. 

Note: The reset expires in 3 hours from the time of sending.

4. Set a new password and confirm it. 

Note: Password must be 8+ characters with at least (1) capital letter. You cannot include your extension here.


5. Click Save.
