This guide will show you how to log into your user portal.
Logging in to the portal
1. Open a Chrome or Firefox Browser.
2. Navigate to https://portal.ringfree.net/portal/
3. Enter your Username. This will be your work email address or the email address designated by your organization.
4. Enter your Password.
Forgot your Username?
1. Click the Forgot Login Name link.
2. Enter your email address (required).
3. Enter your Extension (optional).
4. You will receive an email with your login name and a button/link to return to the login page.
Forgot your Password?
1. Click the Forgot Password link.
2. Enter in your Login name.
3. You will receive an email with a password reset button/link.
Note: The reset expires in 3 hours from the time of sending.
4. Set a new password and confirm it.
Note: Password must be 8+ characters with at least (1) capital letter. You cannot include your extension here.
5. Click Save. You will be brought to the login page after doing so.
