This guide will show you how to pick up a call ringing on another user's line.

Directed Pickup (3 options)
Yealink Phones
1. Press the BLF button or soft key of the user line that you want to pick up.
2. Dial 07ext (i.e.07111 if the extension is x111), → Send/Call.
3. Pick up the handset or speakerphone → Press the Pickup soft key/button → Dial the extension number → Press the Directed soft key/button again.
Polycom Phones
1. Press the BLF button or soft key of the user line that you want to pick up.
2. Dial 07ext (i.e.07111 if the extension is x111), → Send/Call.
3. Pick up the handset or speakerphone → Press the Pickup soft key/button → Dial the extension number → Press the Directed soft key/button again.
