This guide will show you how to put calls on hold.
Placing a call on Hold (2 options)
A. Press the Hold hard key on the phone
B. Press the Hold soft key on the screen or associated button on the screen.
Note: Pressing either of these again to remove the caller from Hold.
Note: Some models will have a resume button in the Hold button's place once a caller is placed on hold.
