This guide will show you how to access any voicemail box.
Accessing Your Voicemail Box
1. Dial 5001 or press the Envelope key on your desk phone.
2. Enter your voicemail pin and press #. (This can be set/reset in your Profile Settings.)
3. Follow the voicemail prompts to navigate through the menu.
Accessing Another’s Voicemail Box
1. Dial 5000 → Dial the extension number and press “#”
2. Enter the voicemail pin of that extension number and press #.
3. Follow the voicemail prompts to navigate through the menu.
Voicemail Main Menu Options
Press 1 to listen to new messages.
Press 2 to listen to old (saved) messages.
Press 3 to send messages.
Press 4 to set call forwarding.
Press 5 for current options (Change Pin and Record Name).
Press 6 to set and change voicemail greetings
(Note: You can set multiple greetings as 1, 2, 3, etc. to record, review, and choose.)
Press 7 to recover deleted messages.
(Note: messages cannot be recovered after 24 hours)
