History has a tendency to repeat itself...

Getting back to your clients is a vital part of any business, especially if you want to keep their business and patronage. Having a strong idea of who has called in or how many outbound calls your staff has made can be a strong indicator of how well your business may or will be doing. A great way to evaluate that is with your call history. In your system, easily glance at your missed calls in red, your incoming calls in blue and your outbound calls in green.

What Do I Click?

Finding your call history

From the Home Page, you can see the most recent incoming/outgoing calls.To see more, click the double-arrow chevron icon next to “Recent Call History” or click the Call History button at the top-right of the page.
