It's inevitable...

No matter how hard you try to answer the phone right away, you will inevitably miss a call. Maybe you ran to lunch, had an important meeting to be at, or got up to hold the door for someone having trouble carrying a large item inside. Maybe your last call was too long and the next caller went to voicemail. That's okay. With the instructions below, you'll be able to check them quickly or get them delivered to yourself or someone else in a succinct and efficient way. It'll feel like the time lost will suddenly be made up. Keep reading for those details.

What Do I Click?

Checking voicemail

Click the Messages icon → Voicemail tab → select New in the drop-down menu → click the voicemail that you want to listen to. 

To play the voicemail from your desk phone, press the phone icon on the right. Your desk phone will ring and begin playing as soon as you answer.

Forwarding voicemail

Click the Messages icon → Voicemail tab → navigate to the voicemail you want to forward → click the Forward button (right pointing arrow) → enter the extension to forward to → press the arrow next to this field box to send.

Deleting voicemail

Click the Messages icon → Voicemail tab → select New/Saved in the drop-down menu → navigate to the voicemail you want to delete → then press the red "X". 

Note: To recover a deleted voicemail, select Trash from the drop-down menu → click the Save icon. The voicemail will now be in the Saved drop-down menu area. Deleted voicemails are emptied out daily
