I like my options...

I like my options when I go to Starbucks. Tall, Grande, or Venti? I like my options when I'm choosing my Netflix shows. Breaking Bad or The Great British Baking Show? And I like my options when I'm dealing with phones and voicemails. Why? Because I like being in charge of my day and how I spend my time. When it comes to checking my voicemails, sometimes there's not just not enough information. Sometimes, depending on your industry or business model, time can be of the essence. Sometimes, the workload is too great and you need to prune it down to the essentials. Whatever your priority is today, know that you have options when it comes to your voicemails. Without further ado, here's how you can fine tune your options below.

What Do I Click?

Toggling Options

Click the Messages icon → Settings tab → under Inbox, select the checkboxes to enable or disable the options that you want → click Save.

Your options:

  • Sort your voicemail inbox by the latest first
  • Announce the time that the voicemail was received
  • Announce the caller ID of the person leaving the voicemail

Once you’re finished, click Save.
